The Exploitation of Identity, Unauthorized Access, and Endangerment

No individual, organization, or entity had the legal or moral right to access, use, or disseminate my communications, digital information, or personal identity—particularly in any manner that exploited my name, professional status, or private life for political, commercial, or retaliatory purposes.

The unauthorized use of my identity and digital presence was not benign. It was exploitative in nature and resulted in severe and ongoing consequences, including reputational harm, interference with medical care, and—most critically—threats to my life and the safety of my children.

Exploitation of identity is not merely a privacy violation; when it facilitates harassment, stalking, vehicle-based targeting, or the spread of dangerous narratives, it constitutes a direct threat to human life. Such conduct is not protected under any legitimate legal theory and cannot be excused by institutional convenience or public interest rationalizations.

The harm caused—whether through coordinated online activity, broadcast material, or institutional silence—has been real, measurable, and life-altering. I reject any justification for this behavior and will continue to pursue accountability through all available legal and regulatory avenues.

The use of any person’s identity in a manner that places their life or family in danger is not just a civil violation—it is a fundamental breach of the social and legal order.
