About Sally Vazquez Castellanos

Technology. Media. Law. Human Impact.

Technology is not simply about speed or disruption—it is about how society adapts to change. In today’s new media and entertainment economy, artistic expression is increasingly shaped by digital innovation across film, music, journalism, gaming, fashion, and design. These forces are redefining creativity, commerce, and the legal frameworks that govern them.

Perspectives examines this transformation at the intersection of technology, media, law, and public trust. The platform explores both innovation’s promise and its consequences—asking difficult questions about privacy, power, authorship, labor, identity, and accountability in a data-driven world.

Founded and edited by Sally Vazquez-Castellanos, a California-based attorney with nearly two decades of experience, Perspectives is informed by deep professional work in law firm marketing and strategic brand strategy, business and legal affairs, intellectual property, and corporate transactions.

Sally is a Shareholder and Attorney at Castellanos & Associates, APLC, where her practice engages with the real-world legal impacts of technology, media, and digital systems on individuals and families.

Her prior experience includes in-house roles within the media and technology sectors, including Twentieth Century Fox Television, DMX Music and HBO in New York.

Perspectives is not a trade publication. It is a thinking space—for lawyers, creators, technologists, educators, and engaged readers navigating a period of profound transition. The work reflects a commitment to clarity, ethics, and human dignity at a time when innovation often moves faster than the law.
