On Constitutional Violations, Defamation, and Compromised Medical Care

As a licensed attorney in the State of California and a parent, I feel compelled to speak out against an orchestrated effort that has not only threatened my professional standing, but also targeted my children, compromised our health care, and violated our most basic constitutional rights.

There is credible reason to believe that California and federal laws were manipulated in an attempt to question my fitness and undermine my professional licensure. I have also documented and publicly disclosed coordinated efforts to damage our law firm’s reputation and to malign my daughter’s name through defamatory online content and invasive public targeting.

Of particular concern is the use of my daughter’s likeness or identity—either directly or through thinly veiled portrayals by film or media companies—within harmful and inappropriate narratives, including depictions involving the fictional grooming of children as violent operatives. Such material is not only offensive—it is dangerous, dehumanizing, and traumatizing.

Even more disturbing is the reported interference with health care services, including possible breaches of medical data and unlawful access to confidential records at university hospitals and other facilities. The manipulation of health information and the obstruction of care for political, retaliatory, or exploitative purposes is a moral failing and a profound breach of trust.

Compromising medical care and privacy is not just a personal harm—it is a violation of the core principles upon which this country’s legal and constitutional framework is built. No individual or family should be subjected to such indignity, fear, or destabilization, especially under color of law or corporate influence.

What occurred in and around my home, through digital networks, national broadcasts, and coordinated silence, is disgraceful. The attempt to erase the reality of this harm does not lessen its impact—it only deepens the urgency for truth, transparency, and accountability.

This is a matter of public integrity, professional ethics, and human rights. I will continue to pursue lawful remedies and demand institutional responsibility for these profound and unconscionable wrongs.
