Please be advised that subjecting anyone, including attorneys, to targeted exploitation through digital platforms—potentially including coordinated manipulation, surveillance, harassment, and identity interference are subject to criminal prosecution and penalties under the law. Any act involving the misuse of technology, social media, and other digital tools by individuals or entities with substantial resources and public visibility is not only unethical and abhorrent but it’s against the law.
This is not entertainment. It is not harmless. It is the calculated use of power to violate the rights, privacy, and mental wellbeing of individuals, parents and their children.
If you are on a child’s device engaging in deception or psychological manipulation, as well as destroying their reputation online or otherwise, you should be subject to prosecution.
Authorities should be taking all appropriate steps to investigate the parties involved and preserve all relevant evidence. Be advised: any continued attempt to monitor, mimic, distort, or weaponize identies, likeness, voice, or private communications will be met with formal legal action.
This is also applicable to the manipulation of search engines, algorithms and any applications available on a device or communication device, system, network or platform.
This conduct violates numerous civil and criminal protections—both at the state and federal level—and may involve:
• Cyber harassment
• Invasion of privacy
• Psychological abuse
• Unauthorized data use
• Digital defamation and manipulation
• Misuse of likeness or identity
• Violations of child protection laws
Let this serve as a public warning to any individual or platform engaging in, enabling, or profiting from such behavior: You are being watched, and your actions are no longer invisible.
We will pursue accountability wherever it leads, regardless of celebrity status, wealth, or platform influence.
